Massage gently after 3 minutes.
Once the foam has built up, massage in small circles across forehead, nose, and chin — wherever pores and blackheads sit. Avoid scrubbing.

Rinse with lukewarm water. Follow with your regular essence and moisturizer. Use 2–3 times per week — not daily. Over-use disrupts the barrier.

Pregnancy & sensitivity
Pregnancy-safe — no retinoids or restricted actives. Acne-safe. For sensitive skin, patch test on the inner forearm 24 hours before first full-face use and reduce to once weekly.
