The Hero Ingredient

Time-release Retinol — the cell-turnover signal, without the redness.

Standard retinol delivers too much, too fast. The skin reads it as an irritant — flushing, peeling, downtime. Most users abandon the active before the result arrives.

Double Lock uses a time-release retinol system: the molecule is encapsulated and metered out across hours. The turnover signal continues through the night, layered with hyaluronic acid for hydration, Gigawhite for tone, and Snow Cell complex for barrier support — so the result builds without the irritation that ends most retinol routines.

Time-Release

Retinol is metered out across hours, not delivered in a single spike

PM

Night-only application — retinol degrades in sunlight

Daily

Once nightly — consistency is the difference between irritation and result

The Ritual

Night only. Then patience.

Retinol works while you sleep. Apply on dry skin after toner; finish with a sealing cream. Build slowly — every other night for the first two weeks, then nightly.

01

Evening only. On dry skin.

Three to four drops, after cleansing and toner. Do not layer on damp skin — water increases retinol penetration and the risk of irritation.

02

Press, do not rub.

Warm the drops between palms and press across cheeks, forehead, and chin. Avoid the immediate eye area and the corners of the mouth on the first weeks.

03

Always finish with cream and SPF tomorrow.

Seal with Cell-Repair Crème. The next morning, SPF is non-negotiable — retinol-treated skin is more photo-sensitive.

Ingredient Evidence

What the formula is built on.

Double Lock is built around retinol, the most-studied anti-aging active in dermatology. The time-release format addresses the single biggest reason retinol routines fail: irritation. Gigawhite and Snow Cell are added for tone and barrier.

Retinol

Gold-standard active for fine lines, texture, and cellular turnover

Time-Release

Encapsulated delivery — metered out across hours instead of a single spike

Gigawhite

Plant-based brightening complex — alpine herbs for tone uniformity

Snow Cell

Snow Blanc's signature barrier-support complex with hyaluronic acid and vitamins

Numbers reflect formulation parameters and published retinol mechanisms — not a Snow Blanc consumer trial. Retinol-treated skin is more sun-sensitive; daily SPF is required.

The Formula

Everything that's in. Nothing that isn't.

Hero ingredients

Retinol (time-release) — the gold-standard cell-turnover signal in dermatology. Encapsulated for slow metered release across the night, reducing the irritation profile of standard retinol.

Hyaluronic Acid — multiple molecular weights for hydration that offsets retinol's drying effect.

Gigawhite — proprietary plant-based brightening complex; alpine herb extracts that support tone uniformity.

Snow Cell — Snow Blanc's signature barrier-support complex; vitamins and antioxidants that protect treated skin overnight.

Full INCI list
